Three-colour ribbon press

The Intsupermai three-colour, one-station silk screen press is built for stand-up or seated operation with a height-adjustable table from 56 cm to 74 cm. It targets small workshops and hobbyists who print fabric ribbons in short runs and need micro-registration on each colour station.

Pallet and frame limits

The 40 cm by 50 cm pallet accepts screen frames up to 35 cm wide by 50 cm long, giving a maximum print area of 30 cm wide by 44 cm long. Ribbon rolls up to 15 cm diameter (about 100 m) mount on a roller with a clamping pin and anti-slewing ratchet to keep winding accurate.

Capacity per run

Five mould widths let you print multiple ribbons simultaneously: 1.5 cm ribbons yield 14 pieces, 2 cm yields 11, 2.5 cm yields 9, 3 cm yields 8 and 4 cm yields 6 per pass. Patterns longer than 44 cm cannot be accommodated on this press.
