Ford Taurus Bluetooth Tracker

This Bluetooth 4.0 key chain tracker attaches to a Ford Taurus car key remote and helps locate keys, wallets, purses, or pet collars. The companion app supports up to four trackers simultaneously and works with Apple iOS 11 or higher and Android 8 or higher. It is a new, officially licensed accessory made by iPick Image, LLC.

Sustained Tracking Performance

The tracker maintains a connection up to 75 ft outdoors and 60 ft indoors, allowing reliable finding over typical home or parking lot distances. Pressing the app button triggers a ringing noise on the device, while pressing the button on the tracker makes a paired phone ring. This two-way link remains stable during repeated daily use.

Upgrade From Basic Key Rings

It replaces a standard key ring that offers no finding capability, adding audible alerts and a remote camera shutter function for group photos. The jump is worth it for anyone who regularly misplaces keys or wants to track a bag or pet collar within Bluetooth range. Buyers who need GPS tracking or longer range than 75 ft should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much power does the Ford Taurus Bluetooth 4.0 Key Chain Tracker draw when running all day?

The tracker uses a low-energy Bluetooth 4.0 connection and a replaceable coin cell, so daily power draw is negligible and the battery typically lasts weeks before needing a change.

What phone and software must I already own for the Ford Taurus Bluetooth 4.0 Key Chain Tracker to work?

You need a smartphone running Apple iOS 11 or higher, or Android 8 or higher, with Bluetooth 4.0 support and the companion app installed.

Will the Ford Taurus Bluetooth 4.0 Key Chain Tracker still pair with an older phone that only has Bluetooth 4.0?

Yes, the tracker is built for Bluetooth 4.0 and works with any iOS 11+ or Android 8+ device that includes Bluetooth 4.0, so older compatible phones connect without issue.
