iPick Image, LLC Honda Civic Type-R Bluetooth Tracker Key Chain

What this tracker does

The iPick Image Honda Civic Type-R Bluetooth Tracker Key Chain attaches to a car key remote, wallet, purse or pet collar so the item can be located from a smartphone. It pairs with the companion app over Bluetooth 4.0 and supports up to four trackers at once. A press of the app button sounds a ring tone on the tracker, while pressing the button on the tracker makes the paired phone ring. The app also includes a remote shutter function for taking photos.

Who it suits and who it does not

Drivers who misplace keys around the house, office or car park will benefit from the two-way audible alerts. Pet owners can clip it to a collar for close-range tracking. Shoppers needing real-time GPS positioning, geofence alerts or a replaceable battery should look elsewhere, as this device relies on proximity-based Bluetooth ranging only.

Range and sustained use

Outdoor detection reaches about 75 ft and indoor detection about 60 ft, though walls and interference reduce the effective distance. The link remains stable while the paired phone stays within range and the app runs in the background. Because the tracker draws power from a non-replaceable cell, long-term reliability depends on the battery lasting through daily ping cycles.
