Wireless 4x6 Label Printer

The Itari 245-BT is a thermal label printer that produces 4 x 6 inch labels without ink. It connects via Bluetooth to iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS devices. The unit suits small businesses, warehouses and home offices that need to print shipping, mailing or barcode labels on demand.

Build Integration and Media Flexibility

The printer accepts label widths from 1 to 4.6 inches, covering 4x6, 4x2 and 2x2 formats on a single roll holder. A USB connection is also available for wired setups. Its 21.3 cm by 8 cm by 9.5 cm footprint fits on a crowded desk or packing bench. Buyers who need continuous high-volume output or colour printing will need a different class of device.

Thermals Noise and Power

Direct thermal technology means no ribbons or toner cartridges to replace, reducing consumable cost and waste. The mechanism operates quietly during normal label runs. The included power adapter supplies the unit; at 1.302 kg it remains stable while printing.

Questions about this item

How wide a roll can the 245-BT accept before the cutter jams?

The printer handles label widths up to 4.6 inches, so any roll wider than that will not feed correctly.

Does the 245-BT get hot or loud during a full day of shipping labels?

Thermal printing stays cool and quiet; the 1.302 kg unit has no fan and only warms slightly during continuous runs.

What must I already own to start printing with the 245-BT?

You need a Bluetooth device running iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS plus 4 × 6 inch thermal label rolls.
