Replacement 12V 2A charger for Gateway ultra-slim

This 12-volt 2000-milliampere wall adapter is built for the Gateway GWTN141-5 and GWTN156-11 ultra-slim series. It supplies 24 watts through a right-angle barrel tip that fits the listed 14.1-inch and 15.6-inch models. Buyers who need a 5-volt input or a different connector cannot use this unit.

Fixed 12V output with no voltage selection

The adapter delivers a single 12-volt rail rated at 2 amps and cannot step down to 5 volts or any other level. Internal surge filtering clamps input spikes at the wall outlet, while current limiting protects the notebook from over-current events. The 6.5-foot DC cord reaches distant sockets without an extension lead.

Simple wall-mount install with right-angle plug

Plug the prongs into a mains socket and insert the 90-degree tip into the laptop jack; the elbow geometry reduces strain on the port during daily use. The rugged sealed case resists moisture in humid environments. The only common error is connecting it to a 5-volt laptop, which the label on the device bottom will warn against.
