Compatible Asus Laptops

This 120W power inverter replaces original chargers for numerous Asus models including R510IK, FX504GM, N43Sm, N45Sl, N46Vb, N46Vm, N46Vz, N46Nj, N53Sv, N541La, N550Ja, N550Lf, N56Dy, N56Jr, N56Vb, N56Vj, N56Vv, N750Jv, N75Sl, N76Vb, N76Vj, N76Vm and N76Vz. It suits owners of these specific notebooks needing a new AC adapter.

Right-Angle Connector and Long Cords

The 90-degree elbow DC connector reduces strain on the laptop power jack and adapter tip for longer durability. A 6 ft UL-listed 3-prong AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord combine for extended reach without extra extension leads. Internal safety circuits filter voltage spikes and limit output to protect the notebook.

Check Wattage and Plug Fit

This unit does not replace 180W or 230W Asus adapters, so verify your original charger is rated at 120W. The plug tip measures 5.5 mm diameter with no centre pin; confirm your laptop jack matches this exact connector before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the 5.5 mm plug tip without a centre pin wear out and need replacement over time?

The right-angle DC connector reduces stress on the jack, so the tip itself does not require scheduled replacement under normal use.

What limits continuous output when the adapter runs at full 120 W for long periods?

Internal safety circuits limit output voltage and current to protect the laptop, which becomes the practical ceiling during sustained loads.

How much heat or fan noise does the unit produce when powering a laptop all day?

The adapter has no fan and relies on passive cooling; high power efficiency keeps heat low during continuous operation.
