Bamboo Handle Turner

The Iwatani 150173.01 is a single cooking turner built with a bamboo handle and a flexible silicone head. It suits home cooks who need a nonstick-safe tool for daily flipping and turning tasks on the stovetop or in the oven.

Heat Resistance up to 425°F

The food-grade silicone head is rated to withstand temperatures up to 425°F without warping or melting. This allows the turner to maintain its shape and performance during sustained high-heat cooking such as searing or frying.

Nonstick-Safe Silicone Edge

The soft silicone blade protects nonstick, enameled and ceramic cookware surfaces from scratches during use. It is not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is required to preserve the bamboo handle and the silicone integrity over time.
