Two lengths for every task

This Iwatani set includes a 9-inch and a 12-inch pair of stainless steel tongs with silicone tips. The shorter length suits pan work and air fryers, while the longer reach keeps hands clear of grill heat. Both are new and dishwasher safe.

Heat resistance up to 484°F

The silicone heads withstand temperatures up to 484 degrees Fahrenheit without melting or degrading. This single figure determines whether the tongs survive searing, deep frying or oven use, and protects nonstick surfaces from scratches.

Compact storage via pull lock

A pull lock mechanism collapses each tong for drawer storage, and a built-in hook allows hanging. The stainless steel frame resists rust and handles heavy items, while the silicone grip and thumb rest reduce hand fatigue during extended cooking sessions.

Questions about this item

How well do the 9-inch and 12-inch lengths cover different cooking tasks?

What does the 484 °F heat rating mean for everyday use?

At 34.798 cm fully extended, they store compactly when the pull-lock is engaged and also include a hanging hook for drawer or wall mounting.
