Two-piece fish spatula set

This Iwatani AFSML-2 set contains two stainless steel spatulas with wooden handles measuring 41 cm overall. One piece is larger and the other smaller, both featuring an oblong slotted head for draining. They are sold new as a single set of two utensils.

Home cooks needing two sizes

The pair suits anyone who regularly turns whole fish, fillets, pancakes or burgers and wants a choice of blade area for different portions. Buyers who require dishwasher-safe tools should look elsewhere because the wooden handles mandate hand washing only.

41 cm overall length

Each spatula spans 41 cm from tip to handle end, a dimension that determines reach over a grill or deep pan and the leverage available when lifting heavy items. The 24 cm width quoted in the data refers to the packaging, not the blade itself.
