Multipurpose Garlic Rocker

The Iwatani SB222 is a stainless steel garlic press rocker designed for home cooks who want quick mincing without a traditional squeeze mechanism. It suits anyone preparing garlic, nuts, seeds or spices and also includes a built-in bottle opener for added kitchen utility.

Build Fit and Workflow

The rocker measures 5.588 cm by 7.3914 cm by 11.5062 cm and sits directly on a cutting board or countertop, needing no clamp or suction base. Its rocking motion frees up hand strength compared with lever presses and the integrated peeler and scraper reduce the number of separate tools required during prep.

Included Accessories Impact

A silicone peeler tube removes clove skins before pressing while a small brush clears residue from the perforations after use. Both accessories are stored alongside the rocker, so the workflow stays contained and cleanup is limited to a hand wash or running water rinse.
