Questions about this item

Will the 2.4G dongle work on an older desktop that only has USB 2.0 ports?

Yes, the 2.4G wireless receiver plugs into any standard USB port and is stored inside the battery compartment on the back of the mouse.

How can I confirm the mouse is set to 1600 DPI after pressing the DPI button?

The DPI indicator light on the mouse will notify you when the setting changes, cycling through 800, 1200, 1600, 2400, and 4000 DPI.

Does the package include the 2 AAA batteries needed for power, or must I buy them separately?

Two AAA batteries are included in the box, so the mouse is ready to use once the USB receiver is inserted or Bluetooth is paired.
