4x4 HDMI Matrix Switcher

The J-Tech Digital ProAV unit routes any of four HDMI sources to any of four displays independently. It handles 4K@30Hz and common HD resolutions down to 480i. Built-in equalisation and amplification preserve signal quality across the matrix. HDCP 1.2 and 1.4 compliance protects premium content.

Installers needing four-zone distribution

Integrators who require a single box to share Blu-ray players, satellite receivers or game consoles across four zones will find the RS-232, IR remote and front-panel controls convenient. The GUI software simplifies HDCP and EDID management. Buyers who need more than four inputs or outputs should look at a larger matrix.

Four inputs and four outputs

The switcher comfortably handles 4K@30Hz, 1080p@60Hz and 720p@60Hz with 7.1-channel LPCM, DTS, DSD and HBR audio. It runs out of bandwidth for 4K@60Hz or higher refresh rates. HDMI 1.4 compliance limits advanced HDR or variable refresh features.

Questions about this item

What sources and displays do I need to connect to the four HDMI inputs and four HDMI outputs?

You need up to four HDMI source devices such as Blu-ray players, satellite receivers or game consoles, and up to four HDMI displays or zones to receive the routed signals.

Will my older 1080p@60Hz and 720p@50Hz displays work with the 4K@30Hz matrix?

Yes, the switcher also supports 1080p@60/50Hz, 1080i@60/50Hz and 720p@60/50Hz so legacy displays can be used alongside 4K screens.

How can I verify the matrix is passing 4K@30Hz video and 7.1 LPCM audio correctly after setup?

Use the included GUI software to check HDCP and EDID status, confirm the output resolution reads 4K@30Hz, and verify the audio format shows LPCM 7.1 on the connected display.
