Upgrade from basic headsets or wired models

This headset replaces entry-level headsets that lack effective noise management or all-day comfort. The jump is worth it when you need passive noise cancellation that blocks 48% more surrounding noise thanks to angled memory foam padding. It also delivers 23% less background conversation noise on calls through enhanced three-microphone technology. A quick 15-minute charge provides up to 8 hours of use for busy schedules.

40mm speakers for calls and music

The powerful 40mm leak-tolerant speakers handle rich, high-definition audio for both conference calls and music playback comfortably. Battery headroom reaches 37 hours, running out only after extended multi-day use without charging. It works with all leading Unified Communications platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco, Mitel and Avaya. Buyers needing active noise cancellation or a different wearing style should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How much space do the 40 mm drivers and memory-foam cushions need on my head?

The dual-ear design uses 40 mm drivers inside angled ear cups with thick memory-foam pads that mold to your ears; the headband adjusts to fit most adult head sizes without extra clearance.

What is the step people miss when pairing the Link 380a USB-A adapter?

Plug the Link 380a adapter into a USB-A port first, then power on the headset; the two connect automatically so you do not need to open Bluetooth settings on the computer.

When will the 37-hour battery need replacing?

The built-in lithium-ion cell delivers up to 37 hours per charge and supports a 15-minute top-up for 8 hours; after several hundred cycles capacity will drop and the headset must be serviced to replace the battery.
