Contact-centre headset with Quick Disconnect

The Jabra Biz 2400 II Duo NC is a circumaural headset built for high-volume contact centres. Its Quick Disconnect connector lets agents step away from the desk without removing the headset. A noise-cancelling microphone and PeakStop technology suppress background noise and sudden loud sounds. The 360-degree rotatable boom arm adjusts to either ear for all-day comfort.

Wideband audio for clear calls and multimedia

HD Voice wideband audio reproduces a broader frequency range so both parties hear natural speech. The circumaural ear cups passively reduce ambient sound, helping agents focus on conversations. The same drivers deliver high-fidelity playback for music or training material between calls. An air-shock microphone filters sharp breathing and popping noises that standard mics often transmit.

Replaces worn corded headsets in busy offices

The reinforced cord resists daily twisting and pulling that damage lesser cables. FreeSpin boom rotation prevents the arm from snapping when swung past the vertical position. Buyers who need wireless mobility or a USB plug-and-play connection will need a different solution. The Quick Disconnect interface requires a compatible bottom cable or amplifier that matches the desk phone or softphone platform.

Questions about this item

Will the Quick Disconnect on the Jabra Biz 2400 II Duo NC work with my existing QD cord?

Yes, the headset uses a standard Quick Disconnect interface so it connects directly to any compatible QD cable you already use.

How can I confirm the noise-cancelling microphone is active after I plug it in?

Make a test call and verify that background sounds are suppressed while your voice remains clear; the PeakStop feature will also clamp any sudden loud peaks automatically.

Does the 2489-820-209 package include a Quick Disconnect cable or must I buy one separately?

The box contains only the headset with its integrated boom and ear cushions; a compatible QD cord is not included and must be purchased separately.
