Two-Pack 34-Compartment Tool Organisers

The Jack Boss ASG322-2-O provides two orange plastic storage boxes, each with 34 compartments and 24 removable dividers. Transparent lids allow instant visual identification of contents. The double-sided design doubles the usable space within a single unit. Suitable for hardware, fasteners, fishing tackle or craft supplies.

Professionals and hobbyists needing portable

Buyers who want a single large tool chest or lockable metal cabinet should look elsewhere. The plastic construction is not rated for heavy power tools or oily workshop environments. Anyone requiring waterproof seals or stackable interlocking frames will need a different system.

34 adjustable compartments per box

Each organiser measures 16.5 x 6.6 x 1.6 inches externally, with minimum compartment dimensions of 2.56 x 2.36 inches. Twenty-four dividers slide on and off to resize bays. The two-pack ships as a 12-unit case weighing 4.54 pounds.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 24 removable dividers in the 34-compartment organizer and what step do people get wrong?

Slide each divider into the molded slots on either side of the double-sided box; the common mistake is forcing a divider against the grain instead of aligning its tabs with the grooves.

What maintenance or replacement will the Jack Boss ASG322-2-O need later?

The polypropylene body and transparent lid are wipe-clean only; if a divider snaps or the latch fatigues, order the same 24-divider refill kit rather than improvising with tape.

What limit shows up first when the 12.8 x 11 x 3.15 inch case stays fully loaded on a vibrating workbench?

The snap latches absorb the most vibration; they tend to loosen before the 2.56 x 2.36 inch minimum compartments deform or the orange shell cracks.
