This pack contains five TP4056 boards that charge single 18650 cells or other 3.6 / 3.76 V lithium cells at up to 1 A. Each module accepts 4.5 to 5.5 V through a Micro-USB connector or solder pads and terminates at 4.2 V. Red and green LEDs show charging and full-charge status.

Builders needing multi-cell balancing, charge currents above 1 A, or integrated protection circuits should look at different modules. The boards have no on-board cell holder, so a separate mechanical arrangement is required.

Thermal fold-back limits sustained current

When the input rises toward 5.2 or 5.5 V the chip automatically reduces charge current to protect itself, so extended sessions at the full 1 A rate depend on keeping the supply near 5 V and providing adequate airflow around the 25 x 19 mm PCB.
