Scale and licensing

This is a 1/24 scale diecast model of the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS finished in grey metallic with black stripes. It carries official Fast & Furious 25th Anniversary branding and arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Collectors and display focus

The model suits adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who value accurate proportions, a detailed interior and exterior, and functional opening hood, doors and trunk. Buyers looking for a toy intended for regular play or for younger children should consider other ranges.

Detail level and physical limits

Real rubber tyres and a mix of diecast metal with plastic parts provide a solid display piece measuring approximately 8.25 inches long, 2.75 inches wide and 2.375 inches high. The fixed 1/24 scale means it will not integrate with larger or smaller diorama scales, and the sealed box prevents immediate handling.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/24 scale Chevelle SS need a display case or shelf space to show it properly?

The model measures about 8.25 inches long, 2.75 inches wide and 2.375 inches high, so a modest shelf or display case with that footprint is all you need.

Can the opening hood, doors and trunk on this 1970 Chevelle be left open without stressing the hinges on older display cabinets?

The hinges are designed for repeated opening and closing; leaving them open for display puts no extra load on the model or any cabinet you place it in.

How can I confirm the Fast & Furious 25th Anniversary edition is authentic once I unbox it?

Look for the officially licensed markings on the packaging and the true-to-scale details such as real rubber tires, detailed interior and the Gray Metallic paint with black stripes.
