Check USB Port and OS Version

Verify that your system provides a free USB 2.0 port for the gold-plated connector. The driver package supports Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, XP, Vista, ME, 2000 and Mac OS X 10.4, so confirm your operating system appears on that list before ordering.

Eight internal weights are included for balance tuning, while a six-foot braided-fibre cable adds durability. The mouse also ships with a seven-colour breathing LED cycle that runs without extra software, giving immediate visual feedback on DPI changes.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Jansicotek C-12 mouse and do I need to buy anything extra?

The mouse includes eight adjustable weights and a 6 ft braided cable with gold-plated USB 2.0 connector. No separate purchase is required for basic operation.

Which DPI level should I pick from the 1000, 1500, 2000 and 4000 settings?

Choose 1000 for precise aiming, 1500 or 2000 for balanced speed, and 4000 for fast cursor movement across large screens.

What does the 4000 DPI figure mean when I use the mouse on my PC?

At 4000 DPI the cursor moves 4000 counts per inch of hand travel; the polling rate can be set between 125 and 1000 Hz for smoother response.
