A right-handed wired optical gaming mouse with six programmable buttons, adjustable DPI up to 4000, 6600 fps tracking and a metal base
The Jansicotek Freewolf V5 is a right-handed wired gaming mouse with an optical sensor offering six selectable DPI levels from 500 to 4000. It connects via USB and features six programmable buttons plus RGB backlighting that indicates the active DPI setting. The AHGA5050 chip provides a 6600 frames per second refresh rate and 20G maximum acceleration. Omron micro switches are rated for 20 million clicks.
The USB wired connection removes latency concerns but restricts movement to the cable length. The optical sensor tops out at 4000 DPI, which may not satisfy players who prefer extremely high sensitivity settings. Six fixed DPI steps limit fine-grained adjustment compared to mice with software-defined ranges. The 6600 frames per second refresh rate and 20G acceleration cap define the tracking ceiling for fast swipes.
Installation requires only plugging the USB connector into an available port; no driver is needed for basic operation. Programmable buttons and macro assignment need the manufacturer's configuration software, which is a separate download. The fixed right-handed shape and 120 by 75 by 45 mm dimensions may feel large for smaller hands or claw grips. The braided cable can develop kinks if not routed carefully.

The mouse offers six fixed steps from 500 to 4000 DPI; 1000 or 1500 DPI are common starting points for everyday desktop work.
At the top 4000 DPI step the sensor moves the cursor 4000 counts per inch, giving very high sensitivity for fast flick shots or multi-monitor setups.
The wired USB connection carries the 6600 FPS polling data without bottleneck, so the sensor’s full reporting speed reaches the PC.
