Dual-mode connectivity

The Jansicotek gaming mouse operates in both wireless and wired modes using a 2.4 GHz dongle or the included 1.5 m USB cable. An integrated rechargeable battery powers the wireless link, and no driver installation is required on supported Windows or Mac OS X systems.

Palm-grip optical sensor with adjustable weight

The optical sensor offers six selectable DPI steps from 600 to 3200 and a polling rate up to 500 Hz in either connection mode. Adjustable weights let you tune the mass for a palm grip, while the scroll ring and seven programmable buttons remain within easy reach.

Upgrade from fixed-DPI office mice

Users moving from single-sensitivity mice gain on-the-fly DPI switching and a higher 3200 DPI ceiling for faster cursor travel. The dual-mode design also removes the cable-drag limitation of wired-only models, though left-handed users should note the right-hand ergonomic shape.

Questions about this item

Does the 500 Hz polling rate drop when the battery runs low during long wireless sessions?

The mouse runs at 500 Hz in both wired and wireless modes, and the integrated rechargeable battery powers the wireless link without a polling-rate reduction mentioned in the specifications.

How hot does the mouse get and how loud is the scroll ring after hours of continuous use?

The optical engine and 2.4 GHz wireless link produce no audible noise, and the scroll ring is mechanical rather than motorised, so heat and noise remain negligible during extended sessions.

What must my computer already have for the mouse to work in either mode?

A free USB port is the only requirement; the 2.4 GHz dongle plugs in for wireless use and the 1.5 m cable plugs in for wired use, with no driver installation needed on Windows or macOS.
