XL World Map Desk Pad

The Jansicotek World Map XL mouse pad measures 700 by 300 by 2 millimetres and covers a full desk area. Its surface is printed with a detailed world map that includes standard time zones. The cloth top layer is designed for low-DPI gaming and extended arm movements. A natural rubber base keeps the pad fixed on any desktop.

Cloth Surface Limits

The woven fabric surface provides consistent glide for optical and laser sensors but will show wear faster than hard plastic or hybrid pads. Liquid spills can be wiped away, yet the material is not waterproof and will absorb moisture if soaked. Stitched edges resist fraying, however the 2 millimetre thickness offers minimal wrist cushioning compared to thicker mats.

700x300mm Footprint

This single dimension decides whether the pad fits your workspace and hardware layout. It accommodates a full-size keyboard and mouse side by side, but leaves no room for additional peripherals on the same surface. Buyers needing a larger 900 by 400 millimetre area or a compact pad for a small desk should choose a different size.

Questions about this item

Which size should I choose between the 700x300mm and the 900x400mm version?

The 700x300x2mm pad suits compact desks and fits a keyboard plus mouse. The 900x400x2mm pad covers more desk area for low-DPI sweeps and extended arm movement.

How does the 2mm thickness feel during gaming and typing?

At 2mm the pad sits low, giving a firm surface that supports the wrist without raising the keyboard. The thin profile keeps mouse feet gliding close to the desk for precise 360-degree turns.

What does the stitched edge actually prevent in daily use?

The anti-fraying stitched frame stops the cloth layers from peeling after repeated cleaning and heavy mouse swipes, keeping the World Map print intact over time.
