Desk coverage and time-zone map

The Jansicotek WorldMap XXL mouse pad measures 800×400×2 mm and covers a full desk area with a printed world-map silhouette that includes standard time zones. The smooth cloth surface sits on a natural-rubber base that keeps the pad flat on any tabletop. It is built for gamers who need wide, low-DPI swipes and for office users who want a protective desk mat.

Build integration and desk freedom

The XXL dimensions let a full-size keyboard and mouse sit side by side without overhang, freeing the user from repositioning hardware during play or work. Anti-fray stitched edges prevent the cloth from peeling after repeated arm movement. The 2 mm thickness adds a thin cushion that does not raise the keyboard enough to require a wrist rest.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive cloth-and-rubber mat the pad draws no power, produces no noise and has no thermal output. The rubber base insulates the desk from minor spills and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The ROHS-certified materials meet basic environmental safety standards for prolonged skin contact.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 mm thickness compress or wear down first during long gaming sessions?

The pad is 2 mm thick and uses natural rubber with a double-weave cloth surface, so the foam layer is thin and the stitched frame resists fraying under sustained use.

Does the rubber base or cloth top get hot or emit any smell after hours of continuous use?

The natural-rubber base and fine-cloth surface are ROHS-certified environmental materials designed to stay neutral in temperature and odour during extended sessions.

What desk depth do I need so the 31.5-inch wide pad lies flat without overhang?

The pad measures 800 × 400 mm (31.5 × 15.75 in), so your desk must provide at least 800 mm of clear width and 400 mm of depth for a flat fit.
