Questions about this item

How do I set up the ceramic chopstick rests on the table?

Place each rest flat with the curved side up so the 2.75 inch length runs parallel to the diner; the 0.75 inch height keeps tips off the cloth.

What cleaning or replacement will the chopstick rests need over time?

Hand-wash the ceramic pieces after each use; the 1300 °C firing resists staining, so no scheduled replacement is required.

At what temperature could the ceramic rests crack during heavy use?

The ceramic is fired at 1300 °C, so normal hot dishes well below that temperature will not cause cracking.
