Elation Platinum Beam 5R Pro replacement lamp

The Jaspertronics Elation Platinum Beam 5R Pro-LAMP is a 189 W high-pressure short-arc stage lamp rated at 8000 lm and 8000 K colour temperature. It fits the Elation Platinum Beam 5R Pro and a wide range of compatible moving-head fixtures used in concert, club and theatrical lighting.

Upgrades from lower-output discharge lamps

The 0.9 mm arc gap and universal burn position deliver a concentrated beam with consistent output across the 2000-hour rated life. The jump is worth it when a production demands higher lumen density and reliable hot restrike in fast-paced cue sequences.

Capacity and headroom for professional moving heads

At 75 V and 34.5 mm working distance the lamp comfortably drives 5R-class beam and spot units through extended show runs. Output gradually declines near the 2000-hour limit, so schedule replacement before critical performances to maintain design intensity.
