Compatible Fixtures

This high-pressure short-arc stage lamp replaces the original module in the Microh Ultra Trinity 150 moving-head fixture. It also fits a wide range of 2R-class beam, spot and hybrid heads from brands such as Elation, Martin, Chauvet, ADJ, Robe and others listed in the manufacturer data. The lamp delivers 5150 lm at 8000K colour temperature for bright, cool-white output in concert, club and theatrical installations.

Upgrade Considerations

The lamp is a direct replacement for the Ushio NSL-132 2R and carries the same 132 W, 69 V and 0.8 mm arc-gap specifications. Swapping to this unit is worthwhile when the existing lamp has reached or exceeded the 6000 h rated life, when output has visibly dimmed, or when colour consistency across multiple fixtures has drifted. No electrical or optical redesign is required because the form factor and burn position are identical.

Installation Notes

Installation follows the fixture manufacturer's standard lamp-change procedure: power down, allow the lamp to cool, open the head, remove the old module and insert the new one, ensuring the 37.7 mm working distance seats correctly. The universal burn position allows any mounting orientation. Common issues include touching the quartz envelope with bare fingers, which creates hot spots and shortens life, and failing to reset the fixture's lamp-hour counter after replacement.
