Two-Valve Manifold Kit
The JB Industries M2-5-410A is a brass two-valve manifold gauge kit built for HVAC technicians servicing R-22, R-404A and R-410A systems. It includes a 60 in high-pressure colour-coded hose set and features a free-floating dual O-ring sealing system for faster evacuation and charging.
Pressure Range and Refrigerant Coverage
Dials read 0 to 800 psi on the high side and 30 in Hg to 500 psi on the low side with a +/-3-2-3 percent accuracy class. This covers common residential and light-commercial pressures but stops short of the higher transcritical CO2 ranges found in some newer commercial installations.
1/4 Inch Fitting Interface
All connections use 1/4 in flare fittings with replaceable intake and hose ports for easy repair. The standard limits hose length to the supplied 5 ft set; longer runs or larger 3/8 in charging hoses require adapters not included in this kit.

Questions about this item
Will the 1/4 in brass fittings connect directly to the service ports on my older R-22 system without adapters?
Yes, the 1/4 in brass fittings match standard service ports on R-22, R-404A and R-410A systems, so the manifold connects without extra adapters.
How can I verify the gauges read correctly after I hook up the 60 in high-pressure hose set?
With the valves closed, both needles should sit at zero; apply a known pressure source and confirm the low side reads 30 in Hg to 500 psi and the high side reads 0 to 800 psi within the stated tolerance.
Does the kit include the three 60 in colour-coded hoses, or do I need to buy them separately?
The kit includes the 60 in high-pressure colour-coded hose set, so all three hoses are supplied and no separate hose purchase is required.
