JBL Quantum 100M2 Wired Gaming Headset

The JBL Quantum 100M2 is a wired over-ear headset built for gaming with JBL QuantumSOUND Signature. It connects through a 3.5mm jack and includes a detachable boom microphone with a mute function. The headset is finished in black and supplied in new condition.

Suits players wanting wired simplicity

This model fits gamers who prefer a single 3.5mm connection across PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, mobile and Mac. Buyers who need wireless freedom or a USB digital connection should consider other options.

3.5mm jack decides platform compatibility

The analogue 3.5mm plug is the only interface provided, so the headset works wherever that port exists. No USB adapter or wireless dongle is included, making the jack the single specification that determines whether this headset matches your setup.

Questions about this item

What does the 3.5 mm jack on the JBL Quantum 100M2 limit me to?

The 3.5 mm connection delivers stereo audio only; Windows Sonic spatial sound is processed in software on Windows 10 PCs and Xbox consoles, not by the headset itself.

How much space does the JBL Quantum 100M2 need when stored?

The box measures 14.33 in wide, 12.83 in high and 9.06 in deep, so allow at least that footprint on a shelf or in a bag.

How do I attach the detachable boom mic and avoid the mute mistake?

Push the mic firmly into the left ear cup until it clicks; the inline mute switch only silences the mic — it does not mute the headphone audio.
