7-Inch LED Digital Clock

The JENLYSTIME J-LED-blue-black is a 7-inch digital alarm clock that displays time, date, day of the week and indoor temperature on a large blue LED screen. It suits anyone who wants a clear bedside or desk clock with dual independent alarms for separate weekday and weekend schedules. The unit measures 6.8 in x 3.81 in x 2.0 in and arrives new in a blue finish.

Sustained Visibility Modes

When powered by the included USB cable the display stays on continuously at the chosen brightness level. On three AAA batteries the screen blanks after 10 seconds to conserve energy and wakes instantly when any button is pressed. Three brightness levels and an automatic mode adapt the output to ambient light so the clock remains readable day and night without manual intervention.

Build and Daily Use

A soft bottom glow adds a subtle night-time accent while the clock sits on a nightstand or desk. Battery backup retains time and date settings during power interruptions so no reset is required. Daylight Saving Time adjustment is handled automatically. The clock operates silently and the current day is highlighted in a contrasting colour for quick reference.

Questions about this item

Does the 7-inch LED screen generate noticeable heat when running all day on USB power?

The clock operates silently and the LED display stays cool during continuous USB operation, so it will not add perceptible warmth to a desk or bedside table.

What power source must I already have to keep the display on continuously?

A standard USB port or 5 V / 2 A charger is required; the included cable plugs into any such source, while three AAA batteries (not supplied) only provide backup and trigger a 10-second screen timeout.

Will the clock retain its time and date settings if I unplug the USB cable but keep the AAA batteries installed?

Yes, with three AAA batteries fitted the clock preserves the time, date and alarm settings through power interruptions without needing a manual reset.
