Vertical laptop stand for 17.3 inch devices

The JIMEJV ASM0058 holds a laptop vertically on a desk to save space. It accepts notebooks up to 17.3 inches wide and also fits tablets and phones. The single slot adjusts from 12 mm to 62 mm using the supplied hex key. Office workers and home users who want a tidy tabletop will find it useful.

Adjustable dock with hex key included

One slot expands between 0.47 in and 2.44 in so the stand grips thin ultrabooks and thicker gaming laptops equally well. The package supplies a hex wrench and screws for tightening the chosen width. Four rubber pads on the base keep the stand from sliding and allow airflow beneath the device.

Simple assembly with one tool

The stand arrives as a flat body plus the hex key and screws. Assembly takes a few minutes on a tabletop and requires no additional tools. Users must set the correct slot width before final tightening or the laptop may sit loosely. The light 0.24 kg frame is easy to move once built.

Questions about this item

Will the ABS material or rubber pads need replacing after long use?

The stand uses high-quality ABS plastic and four rubber corner pads; no replacement parts are mentioned, so normal cleaning should be sufficient.

At what slot width does a 17.3-inch laptop become unstable?

The single slot adjusts from 12 mm to 62 mm, covering the 13-to-17.3-inch range, and the square 15 cm by 13 cm base keeps the laptop stable at any setting.

Does the stand trap heat when a laptop runs all day in the vertical slot?

Open space at the bottom allows heat to dissipate and also protects against accidental water splash during extended use.
