Discreet BTE hearing aid pair

The Jinghao JH-338 is a behind-the-ear hearing amplifier sold as a matching pair in black. Each unit weighs very little and uses an ergonomic ear hook that sits securely while staying nearly invisible. A simple swipe control raises or lowers volume without buttons. The set is aimed at seniors who want an easy-to-operate device for daily conversations and television.

Suits first-time users wanting simplicity

The 500 Hz to 3,200 Hz frequency range covers speech well, and the 30 dB gain helps with mild to moderate loss. Buyers who need finer frequency shaping, Bluetooth streaming or a custom-mould fit should look at more advanced models. The single USB charger powers both units, so anyone needing independent charging docks will need a different solution.

Fits into a daily routine with USB charging

An 8.5-hour charge provides up to 18 hours of continuous use, while the charging base itself stores 12 hours of backup power after a 10-hour top-up. A red LED shows charging and green shows full. The package includes eight earplugs, a cleaning brush, a storage box and a USB cable, so no extra accessories are required to start.

Questions about this item

What power source do I need to charge the JH-338 hearing aids?

The pair charges via a USB cable connected to a DC 5 V power supply; a full charge takes 8.5 hours and provides up to 18 hours of continuous use.

Will the 350 Hz–3500 Hz frequency range still help me hear conversations if I keep my older analogue amplifier?

The JH-338 covers 350 Hz to 3500 Hz with 30 dB gain, which targets the speech band; using it alongside an older device may cause feedback or overlap, so try one at a time first.

How can I confirm the JH-338 is working correctly after I put them on?

The LED shows red while charging and green when fully charged; once worn, swipe up for volume and listen for clear speech within the 500 Hz–3200 Hz range with the 120 dB maximum output.
