Ready-to-wear hearing support

This pair of rechargeable in-ear hearing amplifiers is sized at 16 mm to 20 mm and comes with six eartips so adults with mild to moderate hearing loss can find a comfortable fit without a custom mould. The black finish keeps the devices discreet during daily wear.

30 dB sound gain

Each amplifier delivers a maximum output of 117 dB with 30 dB of gain across a 400 Hz to 4500 Hz range, so speech and ambient sounds are raised to a usable level. Noise-reduction circuitry cuts feedback squeaks that often make hearing aids tiring to wear.

USB charging case frees wall outlets

The included case charges both units in two hours or a single unit in 1.5 hours, then stores them safely while providing up to 16 hours of quiet-environment runtime or 10 hours in noisy settings. A USB cable and cleaning tool complete the kit for simple daily maintenance.

Questions about this item

How long will the 16-hour battery last when I am in a noisy restaurant?

The supplier rates the devices at 16 hours in quiet settings and 10 hours in noisy conditions, so expect roughly 10 hours in a busy restaurant.

What does the 30 dB sound gain mean for everyday conversation?

A 30 dB gain amplifies speech frequencies between 400 Hz and 4 500 Hz, making normal conversation noticeably louder and clearer for mild to moderate hearing loss.

Will the 16 mm to 20 mm in-ear units fit inside my charging case without forcing them?

Yes, the pair ships with a matched charging case designed for the 16 mm to 20 mm housings, so they seat securely for the 1.5-hour charge cycle.
