Product Identity
The Jinnet VG-C3EM vertical battery grip attaches to Sony A9, A7III and A7RIII bodies, accepting one or two NP-FZ100 lithium cells. It adds a vertical shutter button, front and rear dials, AF-ON, AE-L and a multi-selector so handling feels the same in portrait orientation. A rubberised coating improves grip and adds 220 g to balance heavier lenses.
Suitability
Photographers who shoot portraits, events or long sessions upright will benefit from the duplicated controls and extended runtime. The grip operates from 0 to 40 °C, so it covers most outdoor conditions. Users who need weather sealing, wireless triggering or a built-in intervalometer will not find those functions here.
Key Specification
The grip holds one or two NP-FZ100 batteries at a working voltage of 6.7 V to 7.2 V, effectively doubling capacity when two cells are fitted. It measures 127 mm by 67.2 mm by 107.8 mm and includes a standard 1/4 inch tripod socket for direct mounting.

Questions about this item
Does the VG-C3EM grip come with NP-FZ100 batteries or must they be purchased separately?
The package includes the grip and a user manual only; NP-FZ100 batteries are not supplied and must be bought separately.
Should I use one or two NP-FZ100 cells in the VG-C3EM for maximum shooting time?
The grip accepts one or two NP-FZ100 batteries; installing two doubles the capacity and gives the longest runtime.
What does the 6.7-7.2 V operating voltage mean when the VG-C3EM is attached to my Sony A7 III?
It matches the camera's native power range, so the grip feeds the same voltage the body expects for normal operation.
