The Joby Vlogger PRO Kit combines the GorillaPod 5K tripod with the Wavo PRO microphone for creators who need stable footage and broadcast-quality sound in one package. It suits professional storytellers and filmmakers recording on location or in a studio. The kit addresses both camera support and directional audio capture simultaneously.

Sustained Recording Stability

The GorillaPod 5K supports up to 11 lbs, keeping the camera steady during long sessions on uneven surfaces without sagging. Its BallHead 5K enables smooth 360° panning and 90° tilt for controlled movement throughout a take. The Wavo PRO uses Active Noise Reduction to suppress handling noise continuously while the internal DSP manages levels through a dedicated app. Built-in LEDs display real-time battery status so recording is not interrupted unexpectedly.

Connectivity and Mounting Limits

The Wavo PRO connects via USB or 3.5mm jack to cameras, smartphones and computers, but it does not offer wireless or proprietary digital audio interfaces. The external input accepts one additional source such as a lavalier or wireless receiver, limiting multi-person interviews to two microphones. The tripod’s flexible legs wrap around poles or grip irregular surfaces, yet they cannot replace a full-size floor stand for eye-level shots at distance.
