A combination can wrench and wire stripper with 3/8 and 7/16 inch hex sockets for telecom cabinet access
This Jonard hand tool combines a can wrench and a wire stripper in a single 7 in unit. It is designed for technicians who need to open hexagonal enclosures and prepare conductors on the job site. The 6-point profile engages 3/8 in and 7/16 in hex fasteners securely. The integrated stripper reduces the number of separate tools carried.
The steel construction withstands repeated torque and stripping cycles without deformation. A 6-point hex socket geometry distributes force across flat sides to minimise rounding of soft utility nuts. The compact length fits in a belt pouch or side pocket for quick access. No adjustment mechanism is present so the two hex sizes are fixed.
The tool only accepts the two stated hex dimensions and cannot accommodate other fastener sizes. Stripping capacity is limited to the gauge range built into the fixed aperture. Users requiring metric hex sizes or adjustable stripping ranges will need a different tool. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.
