Golden Girls Chia Pet Sophia

The Joseph Enterprises 0410-Sophia Chia Pet is a decorative pottery planter shaped like Sophia Petrillo from the classic sitcom. It is designed for adult fans of the show who want a nostalgic, humorous display piece that grows real plants. The unisex orange terracotta figure arrives new and ready for assembly.

Check contents and planting area

Before ordering, verify you have a suitable indoor location with access to light for the chia seeds to sprout. The package includes the planter, a drip tray, and seed packets for three separate plantings. Ensure you can follow the included care instructions for the initial 1-2 week growth period.

Handmade terracotta with reusable design

The planter is crafted from handmade terracotta pottery and includes a convenient plastic drip tray to catch excess water. Once the chia reaches full growth, the planter can be washed and replanted indefinitely using the provided seeds or standard chia seed refills. This durable construction supports repeated seasonal use.
