Garlic Press and Mincer

The Joseph Joseph CleanForce 20179 is a manual garlic press and mincer designed for cooks who want quick, consistent crushing without powered appliances. It suits home kitchens and light commercial prep where a compact, hand-operated tool is preferred.

Hand-Operated with Integrated Cleaning

The press requires only hand pressure to operate and includes a trigger-operated wiper blade that pushes crushed garlic out of the chamber. A dedicated cleaning tool stores inside the handle and removes trapped garlic and skin from the crushing plate, keeping the workflow contained on the worktop.

Capacity for Everyday Prep

The unit measures 6.3 inches long and weighs 152 grams, handling multiple cloves per squeeze for typical recipe quantities. Very large batches or continuous high-volume service will exceed its manual throughput and the chamber size.
