What this fan does

The Jungle Leopard Prism6 MAX 120mm ARGB fan moves 58.36 CFM at up to 1850 RPM while keeping noise at 29 dBA. A hydraulic bearing and nine balanced blades give steady airflow for case cooling. The 5 V 3-pin ARGB connector and 4-pin PWM power plug work with standard motherboard headers. Buyers whose boards lack a 5 V 3-pin header cannot sync the lighting without a separate controller.

Sustained-load behaviour

At the top speed of 1850 RPM the fan delivers 2.07 mmH₂O static pressure, helping it push air through restrictive meshes or radiator fins without stalling. The hydraulic bearing reduces wear during continuous operation, and double-sided silicone pads dampen resonance that can build up over long sessions. Speed can drop to 800 RPM for quieter idle periods while the bearing maintains smooth rotation.

ARGB ecosystem limits

Lighting runs on the 5 V 3-pin ARGB standard, so the three-sided infinite-mirror effect synchronises only with boards or controllers that supply that exact header. The 0.5 mm layer spacing in the centre mirror is a fixed visual trait; it cannot be altered by software. Users without a compatible 5 V 3-pin connection will see the fan spin but cannot address the LEDs.

Questions about this item

How loud is the Prism6 MAX at its maximum 1850 RPM when running all day?

The fan is rated at 29 dBA at full speed, and the hydraulic bearing plus double-sided silicone pads keep vibration low during continuous operation.

My motherboard only has a 12 V 4-pin header — will the ARGB lighting still work?

The fan uses a 5 V 3-pin ARGB connector; without a 5 V header you need a separate ARGB controller to power and sync the lights.

Can I mix this 120 mm forward fan with my older 120 mm fans that have standard blades?

Yes, the 120×120×25 mm size and 3/4-pin PWM power connector match standard mounts, so it installs alongside any 120 mm fan using the same screw pattern.
