Juno Lighting Conduit Feed

The Juno Lighting Trac-Lites Conduit Feed in white connects standard 1/2 in conduit to a single-circuit track system. It accepts 120V AC power and supports a maximum load of 400 watts at 20 amps. The plastic housing measures 3 inches long by 1 3/8 inches wide by 5/8 inches high. This component suits installers extending or terminating a track run from a junction box.

Replaces hard-wired track feeds

This feed replaces direct-wire connectors when code requires conduit protection for supply cables. The upgrade is worth it on remodels where exposed wiring must be enclosed or when a clean transition from EMT or flexible conduit is needed. It is not for installers needing multi-circuit switching or feeds rated above 20 amps. Buyers who want a live-end or floating feed without conduit entry should choose a different connector.

Snaps into track channel

Installation requires aligning the feed tabs with the track slots and pressing until it locks. The 1/2 in knockout accepts standard conduit fittings for a secure mechanical bond. What usually goes wrong is reversing the polarity of the supply wires, which trips the breaker at power-up. Another common issue is over-tightening the conduit locknut, which can crack the plastic housing.
