Solid brass mortise cylinder

The Ilco 7165AA2-26D is a one-inch mortise cylinder machined from solid brass bar stock to OEM specifications. It carries a US26D satin chrome finish and uses the Arrow AR1 keyway with a five-pin tumbler mechanism. The cylinder is supplied keyed different for individual access control.

Adams Rite cam and thread fit

A pre-installed Adams Rite Cam #2 suits the most common aluminium storefront and narrow-stile doors. The 1.150 x 32 UNS thread and 1.360-inch (34.5 mm) face diameter match standard mortise lock bodies, allowing direct replacement without re-tapping or face-boring modifications.

One-inch length and keyway limits

The 1" cylinder length fits doors built for that dimension; thicker or thinner doors will require a different size from the same series. The Arrow AR1 keyway restricts key duplication to blanks cut for that profile, so facilities using other key systems cannot integrate this cylinder into an existing master-key scheme.
