Solid brass mortise cylinder

The Ilco 7185SC1-03 is a replacement mortise cylinder machined from solid brass bar stock to OEM specifications. It fits doors prepared for a 1-1/8" cylinder length and a 1.150 x 32 UNS thread. The 1.360 inch (34.5mm) face diameter matches standard mortise lock bodies. A standard #1 cam is included for common latch retraction.

SC1 keyway with five-pin tumbler

The cylinder uses a Schlage SC1 keyway and a five-pin tumbler mechanism. Each unit is keyed different, so cylinders ordered together will not share a key. The solid brass construction resists wear during repeated insertion and turning cycles. Standard cam engagement provides consistent torque transfer to the lock body.

Polished brass US3 finish

The US3 polished brass surface is applied over solid brass, maintaining colour through normal handling and environmental exposure. No electronic components or moving parts beyond the tumbler assembly generate heat or noise. Power draw is not applicable for this mechanical lock cylinder.
