This 1-1/8" cylinder is machined from solid brass bar stock to OEM specifications. The US3 polished brass finish suits both indoor and outdoor doors. A 5-pin tumbler and Schlage C-K keyway provide standard keyed-different security for residential and light commercial entrances.

Threaded installation with standard cam

The cylinder threads into any mortise lock body with a 1.150 x 32 UNS thread and a 1.360 (34.5mm) diameter face. A Standard Cam #1 is fitted; other cams may also work. Verify the existing lock body matches the thread and face dimensions before fitting to avoid cross-threading or loose engagement.

Fits common 1-1/8" mortise prep

The 1-1/8" length covers typical door thicknesses found in standard mortise preparations. It will not suit thicker doors that require a longer cylinder or thinner doors needing a shorter size. The 5-pin tumbler offers conventional key control; high-security or master-keyed systems would need a different cylinder design.
