Complete 18-Piece Sketch Set

The Kalour KA-SKT018 set contains 14 graphite pencils spanning 5H to 14B plus a vinyl eraser, kneaded eraser, double-hole sharpener and paper blending stump. All items are non-toxic and packed in a compact case measuring 1.7018 L x 18.0086 W x 18.796 H centimetres weighing .16 kilograms. It is supplied new and ready for immediate use.

Suited for Mixed-Technique Artists

The wide hardness range supports detailed line work, deep shading and smooth blending in a single kit, making it practical for studio sessions, classroom exercises or portable sketching. Artists who require charcoal sticks, coloured leads or water-soluble graphite will need separate supplies because this set provides only traditional graphite pencils and basic accessories.

Simple Setup and Care

Open the case, select a pencil and begin drawing; the double-hole sharpener maintains both standard and oversized cores while the kneaded eraser lifts tone without damaging paper. The vinyl eraser can leave crumbs on textured surfaces and the paper stump will darken with use, so keep a clean sheet underneath and replace the stump when blending becomes muddy.

Questions about this item

What type of paper do I need to use the full 5H-to-14B hardness range effectively?

Standard sketch or drawing paper handles the full hardness spread without tearing or excessive tooth.

Can I mix these graphite pencils with the charcoal sticks I already own?

Yes, the graphite cores work alongside charcoal on the same sheet for mixed-media drawings.

How can I verify the pencils lay down consistent tone right after opening the set?

Swatch each grade from 5H to 14B on scrap paper; even, streak-free gradients confirm the graphite quality.
