Deluxe Edition Contents

Commandos: Origins Deluxe Edition is a downloadable real-time tactics game for PC published by Kalypso Media and developed by Claymore Game Studios. It releases on April 09, 2025 and activates through a Steam online game code. The package includes the base game plus Legacy Skins reflecting the classic Commandos 2 style, a digital calendar with 12 motifs, the original soundtrack with 15 symphonic tracks, and a unique 3D-print template for a Green Beret bust.

Digital Upgrade Value

The Deluxe Edition upgrades the standard release by adding the extra digital goodies listed above for collectors and long-time fans of the series. The jump is worth it if you want the Legacy Skins for all six commandos, the soundtrack for offline listening, the calendar for daily use, or the 3D-print template for a physical model. Buyers who only want the core tactical missions without the supplementary media do not need this edition.

Steam Runtime Behaviour

The game runs on Windows 10 64-bit with a minimum i5-4690K or Ryzen 7 2700 processor and 8 GB RAM. A Steam account is required for activation and installation. Under sustained play the title behaves as a native Steam application, downloading updates and cloud saves through the client. Activation is restricted in the blocked regions and countries listed in the specifications.

Questions about this item

Does the Steam code activate in my country if I am in one of the blocked regions listed such as RU or CN?

Activation is restricted for the blocked countries including RU, CN and others; the code will not redeem on Steam accounts registered in those regions.

What is the correct order to install the Deluxe Edition extras like the 3D-print template after activating the Steam key?

Activate the Steam key first, let the base game download, then access the Deluxe Edition DLC section in the Steam library to download the soundtrack, digital calendar and 3D-print template files.

Will the 15-track original soundtrack and 12-motif digital calendar remain accessible if I uninstall the main game later?

The soundtrack and calendar are delivered as separate DLC files in your Steam library; they stay in your account and can be re-downloaded even after the main game is removed.
