Kalypso Media Sudden Strike 4 Finland Winter Storm

This downloadable add-on expands Sudden Strike 4 with new missions based on the Finnish-Soviet conflicts up to 1944. It is a strategy DLC for PC, Mac and Linux players who already own the base game on Steam and want additional historical scenarios.

Steam key activation and base game requirement

You redeem the supplied code through a Steam account, which then downloads the content automatically. The process fails if Sudden Strike 4 is not already present in your library or if your account region appears on the blocked-countries list.

12 GB storage and modest hardware needs

The add-on installs within 12 GB of free space and runs on systems meeting the base game’s minimum spec: a 2.6 GHz quad-core or 3 GHz dual-core CPU, 6 GB RAM and graphics equivalent to a Radeon HD 7850 or GeForce 660. Older hardware below those levels will not launch the content.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the Finland - Winter Storm DLC is active after entering the code in Steam?

Open the Steam client, go to your Library, select Sudden Strike 4, and check the DLC tab; the Finland - Winter Storm entry should show as installed with the new Finnish vs. Soviet missions available in the campaign menu.

What comes with the online game code and is a separate base game purchase required?

The purchase delivers a digital code for the Finland - Winter Storm DLC only; the base game Sudden Strike 4 must already be owned on Steam to play this add-on.

Which version should I choose if I play on Linux with SteamOS or Ubuntu 15.10?

The single downloadable version supports Windows, Mac and Linux; ensure your system meets the 6 GB RAM and Radeon HD 7850 or GeForce 660 graphics minimums listed for Linux.
