Four-Battery Kit with Dual-Bay Charger

The Kastar kit supplies four 98 Wh lithium-ion batteries and a CH04 charger that powers two packs simultaneously. Each cell delivers 14.4 V and 6800 mAh for Canon cinema cameras including the C500, C300 Mark II, C300 Mark III, C70, XF605 and XF705. A built-in four-LED gauge shows remaining capacity at a glance.

Charger Output Limits and Multi-Voltage Range

The charger accepts input from 11 V to 16.8 V through two D-tap ports and provides a Type B socket rated at 100 W plus a USB port at 5 V and 2.1 A for phones or tablets. It handles any compatible battery between 6.8 V and 16.8 V, so mixed-capacity packs charge together. Foldable flat plug keeps the unit compact on location.

Replaces Canon BP-A Series and CG-A Chargers

This set substitutes for Canon BP-A30, BP-A60, BP-A65 and BP-A90 batteries plus CG-A10 or CG-A20 chargers. The jump is worthwhile when a shoot demands more than two batteries in rotation or when D-tap accessories such as monitors or wireless need power from the same packs. Not for users who only need a single spare or who rely on proprietary hot-swap plates not listed here.
