Kastar SLB-10A wall charger

The Kastar SLB-10A is a replacement AC wall charger for the SeaLife FJ-SLB-SLB10A lithium-ion battery used in the SeaLife DC2000 underwater camera and WASPcam 9905, 9906 and 9907 action cameras. It also supports compatible Toshiba Camileo, Benq and SooCoo models listed by the supplier.

Sustained charging behaviour

The charger accepts 100 to 240 volts AC at 50 to 60 hertz and delivers a steady 4.2 volts DC at 600 milliamps. A red LED shows charging in progress and a green LED signals standby or a full charge. The foldable flat plug makes storage simple.

AC mains interface limits

Operation is limited to standard mains voltages between 100 and 240 volts at 50 or 60 hertz. The fixed 600 milliamp output means charge time depends on the battery capacity and the charger cannot be used with power sources outside the stated AC range.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the Kastar SLB-10A produce when charging a SeaLife DC2000 battery all day?

The charger outputs 4.2 V at 600 mA from a 100–240 V supply, so it runs cool and silent with no fan.

What must I already own for this Kastar SLB-10A to charge my camera?

You need a compatible Li-Ion pack such as the SeaLife FJ-SLB-SLB10A or the original battery from a WASPcam 9905, 9906 or 9907.

Will this Kastar SLB-10A work with the older Toshiba Camileo X150 battery I still use?

Yes, the charger supports the Toshiba PA5081E-1C0K pack used in the Camileo X150, X155 and S30 models.
