Four lithium-ion batteries with a dual USB charger that powers two cells simultaneously for Panasonic Lumix S5 cameras
This set delivers four lithium-ion cells and a dual-slot USB charger built for the Panasonic Lumix DC-S5 and DC-S5KK mirrorless cameras. It replaces the OEM DMW-BLK22 battery and DMW-BTC15 charger, giving video creators and event photographers enough capacity to keep shooting through long sessions without hunting for wall outlets.
The LTD2 charger draws 5 V at up to 3 A through either Micro-USB or USB-C, then feeds each cell 4.2 V at 800 mA while an LCD panel shows real-time capacity. Two batteries charge side-by-side with no fan noise, and the 15 W input ceiling means a standard power bank or laptop port is sufficient for overnight top-ups.
One bundled cell forces frequent swaps on the S5; this kit quadruples that reserve and adds simultaneous charging so depleted packs rotate back into service faster. The jump is worth it when a day’s work exceeds roughly 15.8 Wh per battery or when travel limits access to AC power for hours at a time.

Insert each battery into a slot until it clicks; the LCD then shows capacity. People forget to use a 5V 2-3A power source, so charging stalls at 800mA.
Lithium-ion cells degrade after hundreds of cycles; expect shorter run-time from the 2200mAh capacity and replace the pack when it no longer holds a full 15.8 Wh charge.
The charger outputs 4.2V at 800mA per slot, so two batteries charge simultaneously at that rate; total input is capped at 15W, making charger throughput the bottleneck.
