Four batteries and a USB charger

The Kastar BP-70A kit supplies four lithium-ion cells rated at 3.7 V and 1400 mAh each, together with a compact charger that accepts Micro-USB or USB-C power. The pack is built for owners of compatible Samsung compact cameras who want spare power and a single station to replenish all four units at once.

Suits multi-camera owners, not single users

Photographers who rotate through several supported Samsung models — such as the PL, SL, ST, ES, DV, MV, TL and AQ series — can keep every body powered from one charger. Buyers who only ever use one camera and never need simultaneous charging will find the quadruple capacity unnecessary.

Steady output across all slots

The charger delivers 800 mA to one or two batteries and 500 mA to three or four at the same time, so sustained multi-cell charging runs at the lower rate without timing out. An onboard display shows each cell's status and capacity, letting the user monitor progress during extended top-up sessions.
