Two-pack BP-718 batteries with AC charger

This set includes two lithium-ion batteries rated at 7.1 Wh each and a foldable-pin wall charger. It is built for owners of compatible Canon VIXIA and LEGRIA camcorders who need spare power for long shoots or travel. The charger accepts 100–240 V input for worldwide use.

Simple drop-in installation

Each battery slides into the camcorder battery compartment exactly like the original Canon BP-718, BP-709 or BP-727 packs. The charger plugs directly into a wall outlet; a red LED shows charging and green shows full charge. The only common issue is forgetting to seat the battery fully so the contacts align.

7.1 Wh capacity per battery

Each pack delivers 7.1 Wh at 3.7 V (1900 mAh), which determines how long the camcorder runs between charges. Buyers who need higher capacity for all-day events should look elsewhere, as this is the fixed energy rating of the BP-718 form factor.
