Four-Battery Kit for Canon Camcorders

This Kastar kit supplies four BP-727 lithium-ion batteries and a matching AC wall charger. Each cell delivers 3.7 V and 3200 mAh for 11.84 Wh of capacity. The package targets owners of compatible Canon VIXIA and LEGRIA models who need extended recording time away from mains power. Videographers shooting events, travel footage or long interviews gain a practical power reserve without carrying bulky external packs.

Sustained Recording with Foldable Charger

The charger accepts 100 to 240 V AC input and outputs 4.2 V at 600 mA, replenishing depleted cells at a steady rate rather than a rapid burst. A red LED signals active charging while green indicates standby or full charge. The foldable flat plug reduces the charger’s profile for packing in tight gear bags. Users can cycle through the four batteries during multi-hour sessions, swapping cells while others recharge, maintaining continuous operation without overheating the charger.

Replaces Single OEM Battery and Charger

The kit replaces a lone Canon BP-727, BP-718 or BP-709 battery and the CG-700 charger, quadrupling available capacity for the same camcorder body. The upgrade is worthwhile when a single charge cannot cover an entire shoot day or when access to wall outlets is unreliable. It is not suited for cameras requiring higher-voltage packs, proprietary communication protocols or larger form-factor cells beyond the listed Canon VIXIA and LEGRIA series.
